Capability · Status of Test
TEMPO
Let your test team do test things.
A status board over the experiment plan, objectives matrix and run cards a test unit already keeps. Status at every level, the weekly roll-up in minutes, and every answer with its source row cited. TRL 6: demonstrated with an operational test unit on synthetic data, not yet fielded on a DoW network.
How TEMPO works
Five steps. The green one is a person.
1Read
The experiment plan, objectives matrix and run cards, as delivered, on a schedule.
2Roll up
Category, tactical objective, capability, test objective, sortie: each level to the one above.
3Call
A person on the team sets each status call; the board records who and when.
4Report
The weekly roll-up and the memorandum for record, from the same rows as the board.
5Ask
Plain-English questions, answered with the source file and row cited.
Where the same engine re-points
- Review: status at every level, down to the sortie
- Long Range Test: the whole objectives tree
- Schedule: sorties and TDYs on a calendar
- Objective Schedule: every objective on a timeline
- Data Sources: files as delivered
- Reports: the weekly roll-up and the MFR
- Ask: plain-English questions, cited answers
What it does for you
Measured on your work, not on a demo.
The objectives live in Word, the results in Excel, the run cards in SharePoint, and every question from a program office becomes a phone call to the one person who knows. TEMPO reads the files the unit already keeps and turns them into boards someone who did not build the data can use: status at every level down to a single test point, the sortie schedule, the weekly roll-up and memorandum for record in minutes, and plain-English questions answered with the source row cited. Your test team gets its time back for the work only it can do.
Where it stands today
What the demo shows
Figures without a number are produced by your pilot and reported from your deployment.
The boards
Every board. One set of source files.
Every board runs on the same source files. Screens are from the demo, on synthetic data with no unit markings.

The engine underneath, in production today
TEMPO is not fielded yet; the platform it runs on is.
TEMPO is at TRL 6 by our own assessment: it works on synthetic data and has been demonstrated to, and refined with, an operational test unit. It is not yet accredited or fielded on a DoW network. The platform behind Northmark runs in production today, across several hundred locations for more than 100 businesses. It has handled hundreds of thousands of live calls, with 99.95% control-plane availability.
